yes to before and after split. probably be a dip after split and run up before, so pick you spots and you'll be good.

the tendency is for a 100 buck stock to be seen or known as a 100 buck stock, so when they split in a 2 for 1, people view the 50 as cheap and they head back to 100 could be a subconcious thing but tends to happen.

What would you think of a post-split play involving a few $90 strike Jan calls?

Shorted CROX yesterday... closed this morning for a $1.2 per share gain. Good close too because CROX is up now!

Haha yeah just for the pullback from so overbought... closed it this a.m. when I realized I should just take the cash off the table... shorting such a good company is not a good strategy for more than a day
